In her book, Jessica reveals the insights and tools that have changed her life, and offers expert-backed guidance for adapting your environment, routines and systems to work with the ADHD brain.
Jessica is currently 6 months postpartum after the birth of her daughter, and in today's episode we talk all about her birth, her experience of postnatal depression and anxiety, and the support that has helped her during the postnatal time.
